If you haven’t cancelled your withdrawal or aren’t waiting for the withdrawal to be processed, please know that different withdrawal methods can have varied payout times.

Once we have processed your withdrawal, the time it takes for the money to reach your account can be a few minutes or hours or up to 3-5 banking days, depending on your withdrawal method or bank.

How to get help with your withdrawal

• After 5 banking days, please email customersupport@luckyspins.com.  
• Ensure to provide us with a bank statement showing your name, the bank's logo, and the transactions from the date the transaction was requested to the current date so we can start the investigation and help you.

It’s not usual that we cancel withdrawals. But if this is the case, it might be time to verify your account.

When to reach out about your cancelled withdrawal

• Your account is already verified - If so, contact our support team.
• If you haven’t received any email - Get in touch with us so you don’t miss vital information in the future.
• Your account doesn’t need to be verified - Contact us so that we can double-check that all is in order with your account.

The withdrawal limits vary depending on which method you use for withdrawal. The smallest withdrawal you can make is $10, and the maximum is $50000.

Please note that the maximum withdrawal limits for a method only are per transaction and that you can make several withdrawals.

When you’ve withdrawn, we will review your withdrawal request as soon as possible. All withdrawals are handled with high priority within an hour or a day. Sometimes, when we have a lot of requests to review, it can take up to 24 hours.

If your withdrawal hasn’t been processed within 24 hours check whether there is a pending KYC request on your account.

You can check the verification status after you log in to your account on Lucky Spins and head to the My Account section.

If there are no pending requests please contact us to check the status of your withdrawal.

Once your withdrawal is approved, we will process the payment to your account. From this moment, the time it takes for the money to reach your account can be instantly or up to 3-5 banking days, depending on your withdrawal method or bank.

You can cancel any withdrawals that haven’t been processed. There are two ways to cancel your withdrawal.

1. Click on the More menu at the bottom right and then on My Account. On the desktop, you’ll find the menu at the top right of the screen.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. Click on the Payments tab and start browsing the date for your withdrawal.
4. Click on the cross to cancel your pending withdrawal.
