We work hard to process your withdrawals as soon as possible but it should not take longer than 48 hours. Once your withdrawal has been processed from our end, you will receive an email and then, depending on the method you will receive your withdrawal within 1-5 banking days.
You can find your payments history under menu (top right corner on desktop, lower right hand corner on mobile) - My Account - Transactions. Here you can choose to view either your deposit and withdrawal history or your bet history.
To request a withdrawal, all you need to do is go to your cashier, choose your preferred method and follow the on-screen instructions. The cashier can be found as follows: On desktop: Click on the top right hand corner, choose either the wallet symbol or click on the menu and choose "Withdrawal". On mobile: Click on the lower right hand corner, choose either the wallet symbol or click on the menu and choose "Withdrawal".
If you would like to cancel your withdrawal, just click on your cashier (On desktop: Click on the top right hand corner and click on the wallet symbol. On mobile: Click on the lower right hand corner and click on the wallet symbol.), choose "Pending Transactions" and cancel the withdrawal through there. Alternatively, you can contact us through our chat and we will be able to assist you.
