To deposit, all you need to do is click on the wallet symbol (in the top right hand corner for desktop or the bottom of the screen for mobile). You will be able to see all deposit methods available to you. Your methods available will depend on your registered country. To deposit, choose your method and follow the onscreen prompts.
The most common reason for this to happen is that a pop-up blocker (some ad blockers include pop-up blockers) has blocked the box where the code can be entered. To be able to enter the code, turn off the blocker and refresh the page - you should be good to go!
Your deposit may fail for different reasons:
1. Deposit/connection timed out - the connection is slow/took too long to load and/or not all Information was received (either from us or your bank). Please try again.

If your deposit has failed but was still deducted from your bank account, please see more Information under "Deposits" -> "My deposit failed but I was still charged". The bank usually holds the transaction temporarily and releases the funds within 1-7 banking days, depending on the method used.

Simply put, the funds have not reached us and therefore will be automatically sent back to you - just like a letter that is not getting delivered.
All you need to do is wait 5-7 banking days, depending on your bank and how they settle unclaimed transactions.
Should the funds not reach your bank account within 5-7 banking days, do not hesitate to reach out to us with a bank statement showing your name, banks logo as well as the transactions from the date the transaction was deducted up to the date you are contacting us so that this can be investigated for you.
