Deletion of data is not possible. Due to Anti Money Laundering as well as Anti Terrorism laws, we are obliged to store your data for 5 years. You can, however, close your account permanently and ask our team to remove your data - reopening of your account will not be possible.
You can change your password in your Profile Section. Choose the menu option, click on "My Account"
This will depend on the Details that you would like to be updated. You can check your current Details under "My Account"- To change your password, click here. To change Any other Details in your Account, you will need to contact our Support Team at support@luckyspins.com with the Details that you need changed, the reason for this as well as a document showing the details (for a change of name, we would require an ID showing your name, for example)
The currency in your account is determined based on the country of residence and cannot be changed.
No representative of Lucky Spins will ever ask for your personal account password or similar details. Do not share this information with anyone.
